Fowl Pox?

I recently noticed these black dots on my flocks combs and waddles and was wondering if it’s fowl pox? I’ve never treated it before and if it is any idea how? if not what is it?

Most of the marks look like peck wounds to me. Fowl pox is usually seen when mosquitoes are out. Here is some reading with pictures of fowl pox:
