Thank you for the update.I wanted to update on this thread incase anyone else goes through this, it was in fact canker most likely secondary to the fowl pox. I gave my flock metronidazole from Jedds (not cheap for the amount I ended up needing but worth it!). My flock is clearing up and I haven’t lost another chicken yetI have two chickens left (the one I posted pic of & another) with still a little canker left but they are definitely on the mend. I also purchased ACS to have on hand for the future.

It sounds promising that the canker is improving!
