fowl pox

I just started raising some barn yard chicks about 3 months ago. I have three hens that are just starting to lay and several that are 3 months old. I bought 3 Rhode Island red chicks a 2 months ago. Looks like the reds now have the fowl pox(markings match pictures on this site) and some of the younger chicks and laying size hens are showing some signs. What do I need to do for them and do I need to toss out the eggs they are laying?
