At this stage can it get better or time to put down ?
I just have many doves around and Mosquitos

I am not able to see your picture. I would try to treat her, making sure that she gets plenty to eat and drink, since starving is how they die. Put some plain neosporin or other antibiotic ointment in the eyes. Look inside the mouth and throat for any yellow patches that could mean wet pox which is dangerous. Pox usually goes away after 3-5 weeks, and they are immune to that strain in the future.Good luck.
