My favorite hen, Juliette, was attacked by a fox a couple days ago. The fox dropped her twice and finally left scared by my husband.
Juliette lost a few feathers, had some wounds and what looked like a broken wing. Her wounds are healing nicely. I am keeping her in a dog crate so she can feel secure and recover in peace. She is eating and drinking well, particularly treats
It turns out her wing is not broken but it does hang down. I am wondering if I should wrap an ace bandage around her so it heals in place, or do you think with time she will be able to close it right again and I should let well enough alone?

Juliette in happier days
I am so grateful that the fox dropped her and that she seems to be recovering well. She is very talkative and appears happy and not in pain, thankfully.
