Help! My giant cochin rooster was attacked by a fox yesterday. He doesn't have open wounds but his neck is weak and he is struggling some to breathe. I hope to save him so what do I try? Antibiotics? How much?

My rooster had no serious lacerations or punctures, but he did have some serious deep tissue injuries. His were so severe that he could not hold his head up for close to a week, so he could not eat or drink, which meant I had to give fluids and food. It's been over two weeks since the injury and he's just now started eating, drinking, and crowing.

Welcome to BYC! I just went through this with my rooster. Can you post some pictures and a video of him?
Took him to the vet today. Temp. 104.6, extensive bruising on back, neck chest. The vet put iodine on a bite mark on his shoulder and in a few minutes it came open to expose bone and muscle. About the size of my finger pad. Gave him 2 antibiotics IM and oral Meloxicam. His prognosis is 50/50.

Glad you were able to get him to a vet. Did the vet suggest giving fluids or tube feeding?
No, but I want to find out how tube feed. I've done to goat kids but nothing smaller. Can I find out about it someplace on the website?
