Good job so far. You've cleaned the wounds and put the antibiotic ointment on them to deter bacteria. But the puncture wounds now need an oral antibiotic to do the same inside her body as the teeth of the predator were germy and bacteria is now inside those wounds.
If you have any sort of prescription antibiotic on hand, getting her started on it immediately can save her life. Ask around among friends and relatives if you don't have any.
Pet stores that sell aquarium fish may carry fish amoxicillin, and it's what most chicken keepers use. You can order it online here, but it can take longer to arrive than your chicken has.
