Fox attack

My 1 year old girl was attacked by a fox. She got away but we are treating her wounds. She is separated from the rest. The area is her entire rear. She has pooped and laid an egg since but she keeps opening the wounds by picking at them. It’s not an easy area to wrap. What are my other options? Thank you!

Any pictures? I have had this happen before. It ended up being a very odd wrap around her torso with gauze over the several wounds on her back. I disinfected it with isopropyl alchohol and let her sit in an isolated cage with food and water.
