Amari thought it was the perfect opportunity to get a closer look herself. She looked back at Damon to get his feedback, when she saw him still puffed up like a blow fish. "What are you doing? She is not a threat!" She yelled at Damon.

Damon deflated, that was the only way to describe it. "But that's a big fox Amari. I was being careful." He explained to her.

"Being careful means being plesent to show you aren't a threat." She said, grinned, and looked at Amari. "Well, you can come with me." She said.

"Thanks, because I can't take him anywhere without him starting fights." Amari whispered.

Damon trotted up to Amari and looked sternly in her eyes, "You know I heard that right? I may look like a push over, but I'm not! What I don't get and I really have tried. Is why you are okay, with loosing all of our territory to a tail less cat." He asked her hotly.

"Because I want to meet some friends, and Vasper seemed really nice. Let's give these foxes the benefit of the doubt. You agreed this morning to meet them or have you changed your mind?" Amari countered.

Damon said in an imitated female voice, "NO! I haven't changed my mind."

She looked at Damon sternly, then turned to Amari. "I'm sorry. I'm Zelda." She said and continued walking. "Talking to someone is not a usual thing I do." She said and chuckled.

"A tail less cat? So, why do you add tail less? Do they attack with their tails? Because I sure haven't seen a fox do that." She said and chuckled.

"It all depends on how to meet them, if you met him and just welcomed him then he's just a jerk, if you scared him I wouldn't be surprised. But, that's just me." She said, they arrived at the house.
 
Damon looked up at the two story house and looked over and saw the large enclosure. He became momentarily terrified. Flashbacks of his capacity came crashing down on him.

Amari instantly sensed it and went over to where he had frozen in fear. " The people here don't wants to put you in that cage. It's all right. I'm right here." She soothed him.

She sniffed at the cage. "I smell wolves here. There's blood." She said. "The wolves must've killed something so this is empty." She told them.
 
Coming back to himself, he looked at her with his blue eyes wide. Then he blinked and refocused on her better. "Thank you, Amari. You are my strength when I'm weak." he said with gratitude.

Amari went over to the enclosure and smells around, "Yeah definitely wolves. we've had our close calls with them." she confided.
