Ashton perked up a little. She smiled ay Dakota and said, "I've never thought of it that way before....a nickname. I can live with that. I mean, you only give nicknames to someone you like, right?" She was beaming now. "Maybe I'll give him, a nice nickname..." She said reflectively.

Sebastian looked at Dakota and smiled mysteriously. Then told Ashton, "You can have my nickname for him if you want, "Mr. Grumpy face"" Sebastian stated laughing really hard.

Ashton glared at him, then lowered her ears and growled.

Sebastian laughed that much harder at her. "Your just a silly girl pup! Why would I be intimidated by that!" Sabastian asked Ashton.

"Well you're just a stupid boy pup, who is to dumb to learn anything!" She got up and trotted away.

Sebastian yelled after her. " Poor little baby is going to go cry!" Then he looked at Dakota and rolled his eyes.

"I believe she likes your brother." Dakota chuckled and watched Ashton trot away
 
Dakota shrugged. "Well have they been spending quality time together before I came along? If so that's probably what got her to like him." He shrugged. He stood and stretched then chuckled knowing that Ashton liked Vasper.
 
Sebastian thought a second, then said, " Just hunting together. Believe me there is no romance there. The long hours of watching and waiting. Then the catching and killing. I don't even know why they bother. We can get our food from Jack, why go out and kill?" Sebastian shook his head as he looked up at Dakota.
 
Dakota thought. "Well Ashton got a little territorial over Vasper when he offered me lessons, maybe it's the lessons. She's been spending so much time with him." Dakota was unsure he wasn't really a love expert but he knew that Ashton had a thing for Vasper. "I don't know but, I can just tell she likes your brother." He chuckled a little
 
Sabastian sat up and looked back the in the direction Ashton had ran. Becoming more suspicious with Dakota's insight. He really needed to start paying more attention to things. The more he thought about it, the more it confirmed it and made sense. "Wow!" He finally said to Dakota.
