Rieve chuckled and said," Good morning sunshine." She sat up to look at him. "How did you sleep?"

"I slept well. More soundly than ever." He said and yawned. He tried to get up but just plopped back down and stretched again. "How did you sleep?" He asked her.

Rieve giggled at him a little. "I slept like a dream. It easy to do that when your real life, is now better the any dream you could have." She stated.

He smiled at her. "Tell me when you're hungry. I can catch something for you." He told her.

"How about you tell me when your hungry? It's my turn to pull my weight around here. You hunted me breakfast yesterday and dinner last night. I think it's finally my turn, Hans. I'm not a freeloader. I can contribute." She explained to him nicely.

"Okay. If you'd like too." He said nicely. "I like that you don't just let someone else do all the work." He said and smiled.

Rieve nuzzled his neck and headed out to hunt. She was going to honor Hans way of life. She followed their scent back to the road, she to could be an angel of mercy. About ten minutes into her search, she found one. A large male possum with a broken back. She thank it for it's sacrifice and ended it suffering. She then part dragged and part carried it back to the den. She dropped it outside the den. She beamed with pride and said, "Breakfast is served!"

Hans got up. "Well done!" He said and sniffed the possum. "From the ditch, I see. Great job." He said and smiled at her.

"Yes, I like the concept of waste not, want not. We are filling a need of nature aren't we?" Rieve stated.

"Yes. We are. Instead of taking the best apples from the top of the tree we get the ones that have fallen. Because they are still good but people see the fallen ones as trash." Hans told her. "Thank you for getting the food." He told her gratefully and tour a small chunk off.

Rieve smiled back at Hans. She enjoyed watching him eating food she provided for him. It seemed silly to think like that. She had never hunted for another, well other then Eliza. But that was different, she wasn't a potential mate. She was delighted in feeding her Hans.
