Crimson flew onto Rieve's back and perched. She pecked at Rieve's fur softly to get tiny bugs off.

Rieve was smelling around, trying to locate another mouse. When she moved a sizable rock, one scurried away. She grinned joyfully and pounce on him. She then maneuvered it with her paws, to get her mouth on it. She then held it up over her back, so Crimson could get it.

Crimson ate it happily. She moved it to the right spot in her crop and her crop was very full.

Hans yawned and came out of his den.

Rieve looked at Hans and asked, "You don't mind do you? She's great company, we're both early risers."

"No, I don't mind at all." Hans said nicely. The hawk flapped her wings and stretched. There was a dead salmon on the ground. It looked fresh. Hans picked it up and offered it to Rieve for breakfast.

Rieve smiled at Hans. She said, "Thank you." She took it from him and ripped it in half. She then keep the small half and gave back the other half to Hans. There was no way she could eat a whole salmon. She was still kinda full from the meat last night.

Gideon awoke to a beautiful morning. The sunshine was warm as it poured into his den. He was coming out of the opening, when he smelled blood. He froze and cautiously looked around, before coming out completely. That's when he came face to face with a freshly killed rabbit. Completely confused, he smelled it, to figure out how it got there. He detected the trace scent of a female fox on it. He glanced around again, suspicious. Trying to find her, but couldn't see anything. So he slowly came out of the den and sat down by the rabbit. Gideon just sat there and looked at it. "Why are you here?" He said out loud to the dead thing, but of course it stayed silent.

Andorra watched fascinated, as a pure white fox with cream highlights came out of his den. She looked in shock at Arran, who was equally speechless.

Arran recovered first. "Wow! What a strangely beautiful fox and I don't generally think of you guys that way." She explained to Andorra.

Andorra looked at Arran and scoffed at her. "You're just lucky I like you, Arran. Because your insulting personality would've gotten you bit a long time ago."

Arran made a face at Andorra, when she went back to looking at the white fox.

To which Andorra replied, "I can see that, you wild mutt." Arran growled at her with her teeth bared.

"Since you brought it up, I shall catch this lovely vixen a meal to sate her hunger. Wait here but a moment." Castiel had noticed that there was a slow moving groundhog sunning himself a few feet away. If there was one thing he knew well, it was killing. He called him 'the silent death' back home. Because by the time you realize you were hunted, it was too late. He attacked the groundhog. It was swift, if not painless. With his prize in mouth, he strutted up to his vixen love. He gently but it before Astral. So he could whisper, " Would you consider allowing me to provide for you, sweet Astral?" Castiel smiled at her devilishly.

Astral smiled back at him, and picked up the groundhog in her mouth. She offered to share with him
