Fox breed RP II (Arctic foxes, American red foxes, fennec foxes, gray foxes, corsac foxes, and more!

"Hey Hans, I like you. You get me." Raine stated plainly.

(Finally caught up on feathered genius. Got hot and heavy there for a little bit.)

Hans smiled, "Same to you. Now, let's continue before it gets dark!" Hans said and walked faster towards the road.

(Yeah, I know, right. For some reason people love to talk about how much they like meat right when I tell them why I don't eat it:P)

Raine stopped playing around and followed Hans.

"What is that thing? It looks so strange." Raine asked curiously.

Hans sighed, "It's a cat, a living creature, that's a victim of pain." Hans said. He walked up to it to kill it, there was no saving the poor creature.

Gideon sat and ate in silence. Well, it was silence on his part. Arran however, was anything but silent. But he listened to her anyway. He really didn't have anything else planned to do today. About an hour into her life's story. Something started to happen. He shocked himself by asking her a question. One he was really curious to know. "So why did Andorra save you from that snare? She couldn't have been much older than you. Not to mention you're different species."

Arran froze at his question. She had thought he wasn't listening. Just humoring her, out of obligation for the breakfast. Which she had convinced herself, she didn't care and that she was just happy to be spending time with him. She shrugged and said, " Maybe because there was a fair amount of...." She looked around and whispered "groveling and begging on my part. But I will definitely deny it to this day." She then smiled at him in a conspiring way.

Gideon couldn't help but laugh at that.
That is until he noticed that Arran had froze again and was watching him with wonderment. "Now, what does that look mean? Did I do something wrong?" He asked self conscious and paranoid.

Arran sniffed and recovered. " No, not at all. It's just that you have the nicest laughs I have ever heard." She explained as she smiled at him openly.

Gideon frowned with confusion in his face, "Thank you?" He asked unsure.

Arran giggled and said, " It's a good thing, Giddy and your welcome."

Gideon straightened up and scowled at her, " Why do you call me that, instead of my given name?" He asked her calmly.

"Because Gideon is so....Um not you. You know that name means,'Destroyer' right?" Arran asked jokingly. At his silence, she looked at him.

Gideon had a faraway look on his face. Then he finally decided to answer her. "I know exactly what it means. I kept my name, so it would remind me how little my parents loved me." He finished quietly. He blinked a few times to keep the tears away. Then he smiled at her sadly.

Raine nodded and walked over to look at the poor thing.
Hans killed it quickly, before it had to suffer any more. "While everyone wants fresh, there are suffering animals right in reach. That's why our rules are so strict." Hans explained.
