Rieve looked at him wide-eyed and said, "You knew this and you wanted me to bring my parents into that. Where he could possibly kill them. You lied to me! You only talked about how safe it was here, never the threat from your very own father! How do you know he won't kill me?" She had tears in her eyes. She was almost distrustful of Hans now. What did she bring Raine into. The king of the forest, who killed at will.

"He does not kill foxes, only ones who are suffering from disease and sicknesses that can't be cured. He doesn't just kill on the spot! It's been YEARS since that had to happen, he just commands others to leave if they're just disease filled, greedy little foxes who just kill everything they can for food and leave, leaving their diseases behind them." Hans explained.

Rieve looked at him shocked. "What if he thinks I'm evil and makes me leave? Just because of where I came from." She said sadly.

He grinned, "I just don't want you to get too worried and upset and think my father's going to kill you." He said and laughed, "plus, it's true."
