Fox problem

A long time ago foxs tried to go in our run and fails for a week the fox tried to go in the run and then stopped now the fox is back and how do I get rid of it I just out my chicken in the run after I just saw the fox so how do I get rid of the fox and is it safe to let my chicken free range again?

Shoot the fox.
Or Learn to set traps for them.
Or just keep your birds locked up safe for a couple weeks and the fox will move along if it doesn't get a meal.....
.....like what happened before probably.
