A fox has killed all but 1 of my hens, I have now secured my last 4yo hen but it is on it own, is this humane? Should I give this hen to a farm as I'm worried the last hen will die of loneliness

They may die of loneliness. Get her some friends. Sending a single bird to a place with lots of birds will be hard on her because they may not accept her.
