Freak Accident

This evening I discovered one of my teenagers trapped in the coop wire. Her wing got caught at the edge of the pen and three chicken wire end piece penetrated her wing. I bent back the wire and able to get her wing free without breaking the entire wing. It is swollen with holes where the wire went through. I cleaned it and have her separated for protection from the others. she I going to sleep with me tonight in a bird cage.
Is there something I can do to be sure it does not get infected? Should I take her to the vet or will this heal?

Veterycin or weak betadine are good to use for wound care.
