Freaking out, my duckling just hatched and is flipping around

She is such a character. She still eats and drinks like a dainty princess and when we give some treats we have to give her a safe place to eat otherwise she will get shoved out of the way. She enjoys swimming with the other ducks, shes moving just fine in the water. She gets tired faster then the others still. When we play outside or in the kitchen she is still a touch wobbly, seems like her back end runs faster then the rest her body is prepared for and flips over. She needs help flipping back about half the time. At night time she sleeps ontop of everyone. Like she climbs right ontop of the duck pile. And her favorite place when she is tired of roaming the kitchen/yard is inside my daughters hoodie.
She is still very very small but we say she is tiny but mighty. Thanks all for your support and help.

So sorry to hear that. Your daughter must be very upset but it's sweet the duckling was with her.

Was she still flopping on her back up until that point? Were there any other symptoms coming on that seemed to indicate she was about to pass?

She only flipped on her back after hatching. Then she seemed to turn around and start getting stronger and more confident. She loved swimming and snuggling on my daighter and food. She seemed like she was gonna be ok. Then after two weeks she didnt want to swim or eat anymore. Seemed like she was breathing heavy. All she wanted to do was snuggle my daughter. 24 hours later she passed away. We didnt have her checked out after she passed, it was very emotional.
