The site has been around for several years now.

Those are a lot of pre-recorded videos, and if you play with it long enough, you'll see that the actor does pretty much the same motions for a lot of the commands you give. The site is programmed to show you a particular video based on whatever command you entered; they must have a database of probable words that people would enter pointing to appropriate videos.
