* You could add guinea pig pellets and get the alfalfa AND extra corn in one swoop I think. I'd add some ground calcium tabs for the 'argonite', whatever that is. Some brands of guinea pig feed are super-supplemented with vit A, though, and chickens don't need quite as much-- so I might opt for 5O# per. Specially since the pig feed has so much fish meal. OR you could use Rabbit which isn't terribly high in 'A' but still has corn & alfalfa. How many chickens have you got anyway?!?

Right now I have 300 layers They will be gone in june getting 300 new layers in july I sell eggs to the stores around hear
 
My friend has around 300 hens. You could easily see the swelling in their feet from the feed. They also started pecking each other alot on that feed.

I would imagine if you give something as an added source of protein it would be ok, but not as the sole source of the diet.
