I would rather WAIT - - - it is so HOT in Florida right now - - my hens are panting all the time.
I am going out there and dipping them in a bucket of water every day - - - Just to cool them off.
I am letting them free range in the huge pigs pen because there are lots of palmento bushes they can hide in.

Needless to say, my girls are so heat stressed right now that I would break anybody who tried to go broody just not to add to their stress.
