Free Fertilized Silkie Eggs in MN

I'm near North Branch in Harris. I do have a ton of people who emailed me from Craigslist though, and so I have three families (4H-ers) who want them, so I'm about three weeks out. If you still want them after that, I can definitly save them for you.

Sorry guys, but I really don't want to ship if I can find people closer to me.

Thanks for your interest though!

WiseChicks, since you are obviously watching this thread, please contact me immediately. I have sent you several PM's and have not heard from you.

I would still be interested in them if we are not one of the 4-H families you are talking about....
Abby and Emma are in 4-H, just let me know...I might be miss reading your post....lol

I put an ad on craigslist last night and got about 10 emails. Were you one of the people that found my ad? I deleted it now since I already have a ton of people interested. I have three families already who want them so I'm booked for the next three weeks.

Okay. I can get start collecting them for you in about three weeks if you want. They should be laying more by then anyways.

I also have two Silkie chicks right now that have the wrong number of toes. One has 4 toes and one has 6 toes. The 4-toed one is white/splash, and the 6-toed one is blue (I think). I'm asking $5 each for them, as long as they go to GREAT homes. They come from really good bloodlines, so they should have huge crests and nicely feather legs. They will be cute. I would keep them but I have 23 chicks for 4H and these two are unshowable, so there really is no point in keeping them.

How long is this offer for. I will be down that way Easter sunday on my way home from Ia. I would love some silkie egg i have not had one egg in my bator this year. If i was not going to be gone for easter i would drive down and get some but i would have no one to watch the bator for me while iam gone. I live in Detroit Lakes about 4 hours from you. They would be pets and very well cared for. Linda

Can you folks tell me what you keep incubators at for humidity here in MN for hatching this time of year? I am East of North Branch. Chickens are new to me and I am getting mixed info. Thanks!
