Delta, followed the previous contest and enjoyed seeing the wonderful entries.  Was wondering, are you judging the bird itself or the photograph of the bird?

Hey,
Sorry if that wasn't clear, but the contest is judged on the photograph. A lot of people, like me, just have a backyard flock and don't have much to do with showing, so it gives a everyone a chance to win something. I know I wouldn't have even placed in any of the contests I've entered if they were all judged on the bird But of course anyone is free to enter! There are a lot of contests in this section made to judge on the bird too
