Special wulf was concerned about the bebes starfish consumption. A Local fish and game department officer was strolling around the beach where they got the starfish and special wulf got scared that he would get blamed for starfish hunting without a license, so he ran away and hid in a tree

The county began their tireless effort to stop starfish poaching in the "save a starfish" program
