How do I save 2 newly hatched chicks who fell from nest

I'm not sure if you have the supplies on hand for this. I had a hen in a nesting box high up on the run wall. Instead of moving her (I was so scared I would break her eggs or something) I just built a little platform under her. I created a little frame, put plywood as the ceiling, then made walls of hardware cloth.
Good idea and where she's got there's just room it's literally like her about 40 eggs the hay she laid them on the edge

Regarding the two chicks: stress is also very hard on animals. Too much handling of them could make their situation worse. I know it might seem like you're "not helping", but putting them back under mom where they can cuddle and hear her talk to them might be their best shot.

Then it sounds like you have a few ideas of how you can make the rest of the hatch safer.

Heck, you could even just put a bunch of hay/straw/shavings under where the nest is so that any other chicks who fall have a very soft landing.

Please I'm at a lose I thought I had someone watching for them to hatch turns i did not so as I was inside tending to one that hatch two days ago that I saved ,the mother is new to the pin and placed her nest up high in a very risky place so when I went out a hr ago just check everyone and amsay goodnight there were two on the ground they appear to have hemorrhage near their vent one is worse than the other is there anything I can do to save these baby chicks I've paid them and I've got them in an incubator at the right temperature incubator/bruder I will do whatever it takes any suggestions at all for a home late a homemade remedy I am just beside myself I really want to say these chicks if there is anyway please somebody please just give me an idea how

Yes I understand but with a 4 foot fall and both have obvious hematomas coming out of their vents one worse than the other I thought it would be a good idea to have electrolytes sugar water something like that to give them by syringe and also I was wondering if I can use this bantix chick skin spray spray on the injuries by their events and maybe you might know I don't want to do anything it'll hurt them thank you so much for your reply I truly appreciate it. 🙏
