also at least 2 silkie cockerels 1 is splash (3 mos old), the other is partridge? (4 mos old) possibly 2 more, 1 gray, 1 white.
Possibly need home for a pair of black-tailed white japs if not taken already, waiting to hear on these.

Sure.. I need to downsize, I don't have enough room for all of the cockerels, as much as I love them. DH says keep one... the others go.

The red cochin chicks were a bit of a surprise. We had a pet sitter while away that didn't collect all the eggs. I had one hen on a few that I wanted and she was stealing some of the other's eggs. I didn't want to throw out any and 13 hatched. I will be keeping some of them.

I have had chickens for 7 years and after having different breeds had decided a while back I might just stick with cochins so that is why I might be finding homes for the rest of the silkies.

The japs, if not taken, were left at the feed store with the silkies and had pasty butt, and I just couldn't leave them there. I learned after that day to not "just look at the chicks" when I went in for feed.

They are all healthy, just need a new home.

Thanks for inquiring and to others...Thanks for the emails.

The japs are going to a great home..Thanks Sheryl, I know they'll be happy
Still have the others listed in original post.
Thanks,
Martie
