out of interest have you seen or used eggwise software from the brinsea site? it might be of interest to you for ideas, they do a 30 day trial version

Thank you very much for offering this to us! I believe we all can say that this will make incubating a whole lot easier. Thank you for taking the time to make and write all of it out. I am old style and have no clue on how none of this computer stuff is. I am just basic and if you ask me a question it goes way over my head. So I know it had to have been a head ache.
