Any idea what the chick in the middle could be? I’ve been looking into Americanuas and think it could pissibly be one but I’m not fully convinced.

Cute little cockerel. What hatchery did you use? May be a golden campine but I think those are a little harder to find.

Get back to the hatchery catalog, see what breeds they have that match up with this guy.
