I dont know I couldnt really do that much. I couldnt do any detail work and couldnt change any colors. All I did was swirl background and darken up body a bit.. I dont know which tools for what?

on pixlr it is towards the bottom of the tools it looks like a blue sun type thing It is just a circle you click and it swirls. IDK maybe I need more practice. Got a colorful picture I can practice on?
