Hi! I don’t know if the parakeets are still available, but I would love to adopt. And, I’m in Houston!!!

I don't know. I will check, someone agreed to take them but I don't know for sure the outcome

Not sure if you were responding to anyone in particular, but if not, or the others passed or would be willing to, Id happily even pay a reasonable price for them. My son’s birthday is coming up and he has taken a huge liking to hatching ducks and chickens and of all the animals we have, he just recently showed us that he bonds incredibly well and deeply with birds. Not intending to play a pity card, and sorry if it comes across that way as I’m more than happy to be held in line of first responses but, lol, the child is my soul(step)son and he has been through so much. It’s just been wonderful to see him form such a deep bond with an animal. So therapeutic! And just had to add a pic of my sweet boy. Sorry, overly loving mama

They were just looking for good homes. It just the situation is convoluted. They flew into a friend's shop and he got them a cage etc., Then they started having babies and the next thing he knows he has 5. So he got his assistant to take them home. So I have to contact him to see if there are anymore and if there are figure out how to get you in touch with her.

Yes, does sound a little tangled lol. If you don’t mind trying to get in contact and either you ship them or I work directly with them, I would appreciate it more than you know. As I said in the very beginning, I’m willing to pay the postage and for time and effort, and if he wants something for the birds, that is ok too.

I think it would be easier if you purchase parakeets from your local pet store.

This would solve her getting birds and find a new home for birds that need one. It just requires a little extra effort. It's like purchasing a puppy instead of visiting a shelter. The extra effort is on me and I don't mind,.
