Note: 🙋‍♂️

Our website has the map link, blogs on how to get you apple products to load, etiquette when visiting a location, planting guides for each month with vegetables, herbs, flowers and a toxic pet plant list. 🙋‍♀️ and much more.

🌎 The map details have major cross streets, a street photo (as if your driving up to the locations) and one of it in place. However, hosts do change their stands and don't send in updates.
We love to see what was donated and taken, so post away.

Meet your host Sirena Jan Allen who runs theHollywood Mermaid, West Erie StreetTucson, Arizona 85745 U.S.A.I grew up on a farm in Michigan. My mother and grandmother were big gardeners. I learned quickly from them. After college, my husband and I bought a house, and I quickly turned our yard into a little paradise. Years later, in 1989, i moved to Tucson, and at first, I found gardening very challenging, but I figured it out. Everything was the opposite of gardening in Michigan. I love to garden because it feeds my creativity and my sanity as well. I always loved the idea of having a free plant stand. Last August, a dream was fulfilled. I became a host. I have enjoyed meeting fellow gardeners and seeing them get excited when they find something to take home.To find all the Seed Libraries and Garden Stands the global map is on the website; https://gardenexchangestands.orgour Seed Libraries and Garden Stands are shared spaces and a community service for all. As a collective, we are creating a larger food sovereignty network with the locations.

It's peach, Barbados, and eggplant season here at the "city farm" homestead headquarters.
Once you realize your bowl can't hold all the peaches, ya' gotta use what's available. Happy planting, harvesting, and sharing with your gardening friends. Nothing like #homegrown #peaches #cherry and #eggplant
