Free Pullets for 4H Families in the SF Bay Area and Southern California

I have a large variety of chicks and started pullets that I am looking to donate to a family who is wanting to involve their children in 4H. I never got the chance to participate in it and I think it is a great program for children so I would like to make a small contribution. If you or someone you know would be interested, please let me know. I make frequent trips to Redwood City and Santa Cruz if it is easier to pick up the chicks there. I will also be making a trip to Temecula in Southern California on September 16th and would be more than happy to bring the chicks with me.

Yay! Another 4-H poultry friend!! I have a coop here in Pasadena that is in need of a couple more started pullets. Our flock is down to three thanks to bad luck in chick sexing.

I am pretty sure there is a chocolate cuckoo Orpington that is close to laying that is still available and a 5 week old white rock. I should have a better count of what's available this afternoon. Private message me if you are interested.

I'm sorry, but I do not have any bantams available. If I hear of something, I will definitely let you know
