free range ducks?

New to ducks, I have had other poultry before but never tried free ranging them... how do i do it? at what age, or size.. they are pekin... we have a ton of turkey voltures and hawks so would this be a bad idea for us?

If you have a lot of air predators, i wouldn't recommend it. I do free range my large flock of Muscovy, but am grateful the majority of problems here occur at night, so mine are locked in at that time, even then free ranging is a risk, always.
