Free Range Hen has been in sitting in coop all Dayl

One of my chickens spent the entire day in the coop sitting in one of her nesting boxes. At first I thought that she was just laying an egg after I learned that she had been in there for nearly 2 hours, but after frolicking in our garden for a bit she went back inside of the coop and sat in her nesting box. She’s eating and she doesn’t seem to have any irregularities on her feathers ,feet, or comb, but she make a weird dinosaur like sound when I try and pet her and her feathers puff up. She also doesn’t like the other hens being around her in the coop so she usually does the same thing to them. I’m not too sure if I should be worried or if this is regular behavior but it is strange behavior that I haven’t seen before. Do you guys have any ideas as to what might be wrong with her?
