Free range infected flock?

Should I avoid free ranging my flock when most of them had worms or does it make no difference? I was just so grossed out by the worms in their poop that I hated the thought of having wormy poops in my yard, but if the worms are dying anyways, does it make a difference?

It doesnt matter... if their feet touch the ground, they'll get worms eventually.
