Free Range Red Jungle fowl

They look like jungle fowl, but they also look like the sort of feral chickens you see in Hawaii. I'd be more inclined to think that they might be someone's escaped fighting stock, maybe with some jungle fowl ancestry, than pure jungle fowl.
Whatever they are, they're really pretty little birds. If I were you, I'd try to round 'em up and give 'em a safe home.

They are fun to watch. Have 2 hens sitting in nesting boxes each have one real and one fake egg under them. A mom and her 6 babies visit our yard. Here she is with 2 escapees, rest under her!

Agreed. They are a mixture of game chickens, not Red Jungle Fowl.

Games. Very similar to wild red jungle fowl. Will perform much the same , if not better. Easily go feral, if they have ample cover.
