Pure Swedish Flower Roo. Will make a good flock addition and add some color. He isn't one that I'm intersted in using for a breeder for my Swedes as he is closely related and is trending towards being smaller. He's friendly and free. Brown and lots of white.
Located is Hannacroix NY 25 miles south of Albany

Also have a couple other SFH Roos for $5 ea- lots of color and very friendly. Hatched beginning of June.

Hi! I live around 45min NE of you and am interested in a cold hardy rooster for my new flock of 14 hens. My only concern is how to introduce the roo to avoid stressing my hens or the roo. I'm also concerned with any health issues the two could give each other? Mine vaccinated for Marecks and treated for cocci. First time chicken keeper, complete novice.

Raven625 I didn't get your message, but after some considerable research I think I'm going to have to pass on a rooster for now. My girls are about 6 wks older than your roo (he should be older than my girls) and I'm not set up to quarantine him properly yet. I'm sorry for getting your hopes up. Good luck finding him a home.

No worries, thank you for your inquiry. I almost always have something available, if I can help you in the future don't hesitate to ask :). I focus on Swedish Flower Hens if you ever have an interest.
