I have a fenced yard, but they could fly over if the really wanted to, I have a secure run w/coop in the middle, which someday a predator will find a way into...whatcha gonna do? My gals roam and head back at dark, and none lost yet. (fingers stay crossed!) Happy hens must count for something???

many people free range chickens a;; day including me. You need to have a good enclosure/coop for them at night!!!!!
