Freecycle Scam!

I suggest you try this. Send him a message that your sister lives in Arkansas near where he is. Say she will pick the Yorkie up and the little darling won't have to go through the stress of flying. Ask for the address because she can be there tomorrow. If he doesn't respond or comes up with a wierd excuse why she can't be picked up, you will have your proof of scam. If he gives you the address and wants your sister to come get her, I guess you will have to find a BYCer in Arkansas to pick her up.

I like your thinking!

I actually do have some friends that live in Arkansas, so it wouldn't be a lie.

This is what I replied:
"Hello, thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I am just curious-why not give her to somebody who lives near you in Arkansas?
I do have some friends who live fairly close to you in Arkansas. They could come get the puppy in the next day or two, and then it wouldn't have to go through the stress and expense of flying. Flying is very hard on a dog, especially one so tiny!"
