You may want to treat them for possible coccidiosis with Corid or amprollium. Get that at most feed stores in the cattle medicines. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5 days. Change the water daily, and raise it so they don’t get poop in it? When are you planning to process them?

Thank you! We were thinking the next week or two but if they’re sick figured we should treat that first! Also is there a way to clean the soil of the run and coop so other chickens don’t get sick
