I have heard the you can put a pin hole in an egg and this will allow you to freeze it. Is this true? and if so, How do you get the pin hole in it? with out craking the shell.
I guess you could use a sharp needle to make a hole. I also heard that you could lightly mix the yolk and the white together before freezing and it would thaw out fine later when you're ready to use.
I just crack them I to a ziplock bag or separate yolks and whites into ice cube freezer trays and freeze them. Whole eggs with a pin hole get freezer burn and sometimes really messy and rarely edible as the absorb smells from the freezer. Pinterest has some good tutorials.
