French Black Cooper Marans

Hello! I have 3 French Black Cooper Marans that are about 20 weeks old. Just trying to figure out when they will start to lay. I know some breeds take longer but Google is not giving straight forward answer. And if I was to have a rooster they would already be crowing, correct? i am attaching photos of my three ladies! They are the Sanderson Sisters (Winnie, Sara and Mary)

They are still aways out from laying.

The first one is getting close. Third one looks 2 weeks behind. I have 2 hatchery BCM this year and they both surprised me at 18 weeks and have consistently laid since. Definitely 3 pullets.

Looks like pullets to me and lovely ones at that. No egg or crow in 20 weeks not unusual. Beautiful ladies!

Interesting. This lady with so much red comb it's a flop over, just started laying at 20weeks. Yours look a little bit behind her but the first 2 are close. Are any of them squatting yet?
