French chickens, which one would you choose?

Obviously 1 year late ! I have some Gournay. What you need to know is that besides the look this breed is recommended both to eat and for eggs. Today I had 2 eggs from young hens and 1 is weighting 75 g and the other 84 g. What's good for US people is that the eggs are white (while most eggs in France are brown - I don't know why there are such differences between countries).
Gournay is unknown in the US but researchers in France have sequenced the genome of that breed, just to indicate that it's a breed considered important in France.
I could send eggs but you have to tell me if it's allowed ; I don't want to go against the US law.
