My kid and his wife were supposed to be here in the morning to get the rest of the furniture they wanted for their new house. I was going to clean the basement after they took what they wanted. change of plans, do nothing this day but beg the kids to do something with mom, they are playing board games on the bedroom floor.

They want to go shopping, I hate shopping, sorry kids, out of luck there. I sent them outside, came in less than 10 minutes, its cold.

Today is coop cleaning for my kids. I have them get into the farming skills as much as I can, I don't hold much hope for the availability and affordability of basic needs in their future.
