Yeah me too. Course I didn't really give him a choice :) but he has done it so far without too much complaint, I am sure I will hear about it soon.
 
LOL, I was scraping spackle from around a window. Couldn't figure out why the caulk cracked so bad - it's because he didn't use caulk.

So it's caulked now, can paint in the morning.
