French frogs

I'm sure that's similar to our bream and bluegill. Takes a while to filet, but

Do you use an electric knife?
Nope. Just a fillet knife. Some of the perch were small enough my knife was going right through the ribs. I'm afraid an electric knife would have left way too many ribs.

I said the same thing until my grandfather taught me how to do it. He could outrun me 5:1, and left less meat on the bone. I couldn't live without an electric knife now
 
Very unsuccessful. Just showed fat people.....none that really matched that description.

Almost as bad as when I tried to find Dick Burchett's website and googled 'dicks chicks' (his eggbid user name) The Princess still swears that I did it on purpose.

Ok, when I come out to SC, I guess you're now on the line to teach me...

I was the only one who would fillet any of them, as the other 4 guys said they were too hard to fillet. Sissies. Hence why it took me 4 hours.
