French frogs

That 5AM drive was a Hundred miles round trip!

Hope you had coffee;)

I drove 100 miles round trip yesterday morning to pick up some bacon, pork chops, beef and turkey poults...

Yeah we do that up here as lot too....I like to go to Escanaba a lot. Sometimes we used to go there just to eat at Arbys....I'm thinking about taking my wife to Green Bay for lunch....that's about three hours away...but everything here is so far away....

Walnut...I miss my bike. :(

I miss the ride not the worry . Think about dragging one out and getting it going all the time . Your like me when you hear it you get the urge. A couple of bad drops and so many near misses keep me off them .Its all in the name WAL-NUT probably got colors don't you ?

No colors here I belonged to a group of riders for a few years....we all rode Indians mostly......I got rid of mine last fall just couldn't rode anymore too painful. I did lose several friends on accidents though....my boss got killed right behind my house when he hit a deer....:(

I have a friend who just about died right next to his house, on a bike hit a deer. He got lucky, just a serious leg break.

I grew up driving 40 miles round trip pretty well anywhere we went! About 40 miles east of K.C. Back in the 70s & 80s! Wouldn't trade those years for nothing!
The 5AM drive was just unexpected..& the DH got my Cherokee for 2 days

but it couldn't be helped.

I love early spring "break out of cabin fever" drives.  Soon I will pull the bikes out of storage and get them ready for riding.

I do too.Feels like the weight of the world just got lifted off your shoulders. Anytime I see Hays in my rear view it kinda makes me happy! Lol!

My last one was at the end of my drive way . turned around in the road cranked it up back tire went flat rim caught the pavement and it flipped almost broke my back . ride fence on a dirt bike sometimes now . big bikes haven't been started in years .But every time I hear a hog I want to get it out and fire it up. But my son needs me more than I need to ride .

Mine has been sitting my garage for awhile, too. Need to sell it.
