French frogs

Y'all quit picking on Flock...he ain't that old.

Naw...we've both got him beat....

Canon. I tried taking it apart but one stupid screw won't budge (Ruined a screwdriver:mad: )

I'm being totally serious here Dan.....buy yourself a set of Snap on screw drivers....you'll never wreck another screwdriver and almost never find a screw that won't come out.
And they are lifetime guaranteed.
They are pricey....but over time you'll find then well worth it.
(And I do realize that you probably don't have the cash to do that right now but keep it in mind)

New job started this morning for real. early rise tomorrow . drive to the center get on the van come back home get Ben. I'm turning in you all have a good night:frow

Good luck my friend....:hugs

....yes concern over things like bees, birds, and other wildlife, very first world problems :)
If they created a seed that was drought resistant, pest resistant, weed resistant, and did not require liberal use of pesticides and herbicides, and then sold it to developing nations. Your argument might hold. But they either cannot or do not.
I doubt the argument that gmos are unhealthy will prove true. What does prove true is the continued use of chemicals has a negative impact on the environment, this is not first world problem.
I also abhorre Monsantos aggressive business practices against small farms.

I more or less agree....
You're reading more into my comment than I said. I just meant that portrayal of GMO's as being the most evil or despicable thing we face in society is a first world problem. I personally would rather ensure everyone globally was fed before I worried if what they were eating was a GMO.

I agree on the effects of excessive use of herbicide. There are some pretty startling studies coming out on the impacts they have on big game right now that I find quite troubling.

In regards to monsanto, I think the situation is much more complex to paint it all with one color, and there more appropriate places to discuss the many nuances to the situation than this thread.

Good points and I believe there are threads on this site that are geared toward this discussion.
