Just start listening again. It's too easy to get sucked in by headlines, newscasts, opinions, Facebook, talk radio, etc. There's only so much you can do to make a difference, and the problems of the world can seem overwhelming.

Just help one person at a time. Give to charities when you can. Share. Recognize beauty in the small things. Find one good thing for every bad thing you hear. Be grateful.

If you let terrorists take away your love of music, they've won. I think we are better than that.

it's okay I already had the blood draw...just going in to get the results....however the nurse had a Heck of a time with the blood draw....beyond kept rolling he had to change arms...left both arms bruised....:/
