My oldest daughter is an ICU nurse and a friend is a surgical nurse. I really respect and appreciate your hospital making a serious effort to improve quality care for patients. I'm not sure all hospitals do.

Coincidentally I kept a black sex link roo to raise with a bunch of pullets several years ago. All were raised together from chicks. Sucker was good as gold til the hormones kicked in. Then he became the meanest son of a gun ever. Should have recycled him then but he sort of became a legend with my high school age boys and their friends. Spike would play nice til you turned your back.

This is only the 3rd roo I've ever had go sour on me... and 2/3 were not raised by me...

Most of my roos are big babies... my Marans roo is a flat out dork, lol... seems like the bigger they are, the meeker they are...

Good thing, too, my big BO roo was a teddy bear. So out of WV Armand x barred cochin cross some of the males could look like this?:

Don't make lap pets out of them... don't make them feel you are dominant over them, just above them separate from the flock... give them their space and respect and only pick them up when there's a need...
